Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount on tickets that have already been purchased.
I am a local resident; Can I purchase tickets for another local resident?
Yes, just make sure to enter your own billing details, and then the ticket holder names at the end of checkout.
Can I top up this offer with another discount?
You cannot use this offer in conjunction with other discounts.
Are the tickets valid from purchase date or first use?
For tickets purchased online they are valid from the first time they are scanned at the Visitor Centre, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower, Gosport, or the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, Gosport.
For tickets purchased in person on the day tickets are valid from point of purchase. Tickets can be purchased from the Visitor Centre, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower, Gosport, or the Royal Navy Submarine Museum, Gosport.
If I’m a local resident, can I purchase tickets for non-local residents?
As this offer is intended for local residents, tickets may only be purchased for visitors that have a PO postcode. If you have guests in your group who reside outside of this postcodes, they will need to purchase a ticket at the normal rate.
How many tickets can I purchase with this offer?
You may purchase a maximum of 5 individual tickets (adult, child, or senior) or 1 family ticket (2-adult family or 1-adult family).
