Set sail on a Harbour Tour and get up close to the modern Royal Navy in a way few ever get to experience.
As you cruise around the harbour you’ll get unparalleled views of the modern frigates, destroyers, and aircraft carriers that call Portsmouth their home. As you sail past these titans of Britain’s naval ingenuity the Harbour Tour’s Captain will talk you through each of the ships currently in dock, as well stories from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard’s past and present.

Can I bring my pushchair or buggy onboard?
We ask that guests not bring pushchairs or buggies onto the Harbour Tour boat due to health and safety concerns.
There are free buggy parks on-site available for you to use. They are located by Boathouse 4, please ask a member of the team for assistance if required.
When do Harbour Tours operate?
The Harbour Tour service is dependent on the season.
Service is also impacted by the weather and may be cancelled in poor conditions. We recommend checking at the on-site office for the latest schedule if you have any concerns on the day.
Where do I board the harbour tour?
The Harbour Tour office can be found between HMS Warrior and Boathouse 4. You will queue here at the jetty until it is time to board the tour.
What ticket do I need for the Harbour Tours?
Harbour tours are only included in Ultimate Explorer tickets . However, individual tickets for the Harbour Tours can be purchased directly through the Harbour Tours Office on the day.
