Get ready to embark on an adventure where technology meets survival. In this interactive drop in session, delivered by DXC, young explorers will step into the role of problem-solvers on a Royal Marine inspired mission, using digital tools, logic, and creativity to overcome a series of exciting challenges.

Whether it’s decoding signals, mapping routes, or solving interactive puzzles, each activity mirrors the kinds of scenarios faced by marines and sailors operating in complex conditions at sea.

Designed with families in mind, this session encourages collaboration, curiosity, and resilience. Visitors will work together to test ideas, adapt strategies, and think critically, just like real Royal Marine teams on deployment. Along the way, they’ll gain insight into how cutting-edge technology supports communication, navigation, and decision-making in the field.

This summer event series celebrates the story and spirit of the Royal Marines in anticipation of the opening of our new Royal Marines museum later this year. This event is made possible with support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and is free with a valid museum ticket.
