Friday 2 October – Schools Day
Up to 1,500 Key Stage 2 pupils from across Portsmouth and Gosport will come together for a unique educational experience.
Students will explore how Portsmouth’s naval story has shaped the city from 1510 to today – from Henry VIII’s “Army by Sea” and Nelson’s victories aboard HMS Victory, to Victorian innovation on HMS Warrior and the resilience shown during the Second World War.
With trails, workshops, and immersive activities, it’s a day designed to spark curiosity and build pride in Portsmouth’s remarkable past.
If you are a Portsmouth or Gosport school with KS2 students and would like more information please email.
